Payment Policy

Prepaid Payment Only

All services provided by our company are on a prepaid basis. Users are required to make the full payment to generate a ticket for inspection and the generation of a full report.

Time Line For Service Request

User service requests shall be completed within 48 hours of the generation of the ticket.

Payment Gateway

To ensure secure online payments, we utilize a trusted third-party payment gateway called "Airpay." Airpay employs advanced security measures to process payments.

Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds or cancellations may be subject to specific terms and conditions based on the nature of the product/service and the agreed-upon agreement. Please refer to the relevant terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any billing disputes or discrepancies, Users have to reach out to our customer support team.

Privacy and Security

We prioritize the security of your financial information and adhere to industry best practices to safeguard your data. Your payment details are processed securely, and we do not store or disseminate any sensitive payment information on our servers, including encrypted keys through SHA 256 hashing.
We strictly adhere to the security standards set by Airpay to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of user login information.

Invoicing Procedures and Timeline:

Upon successful payment, we will send an SMS notification to confirm the payment and serve as an invoice for the transaction.

Communication Channels for Payment-related Inquiries or Issues

For any payment-related inquiries or issues, customers can contact us through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Charges on Payment Gateway for Payment Processing

The charges levied by the payment gateway (Airpay) for payment processing may apply. Please refer to the payment gateway's policies for detailed information on any applicable charges.

Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • The customer has availed the same services for the same vehicle at the same time more than once.
  • If a customer accidentally makes a double payment.

In the case where the customer mistakenly submits the inspection services for the wrong vehicle and wishes to inspect a different vehicle, he shall not be eligible for the cancellation and refund. In such cases, if he did the inspection of the correct vehicle, within 1 hour, we can initiate the refund by cancelling another lead where he wrongly paid.

Cancellation Period

You may request a service cancellation within 15 minutes from the date of the original payment/generation of the lead. After the stipulated period, we may not be able to process a cancellation.
*However, once Inspection is done the lead cannot be cancelled.

Communication of Cancellations

Cancellations should be communicated through the in-app notification system as well as via SMS to ensure proper documentation and confirmation.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

The user shall be eligible for a refund if his case falls under the situations mentioned herein above (refer to points 1 and 2 of the Cancellation Policy).

Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at Support@adroitauto.in to initiate the refund request.
  • Provide relevant information, including the payment details, invoice number, and reasons for the refund request.
  • Follow the directions of the customer support team.

Refund Evaluation

  • Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund request if the refund request does not meet our refund policy criteria.

Refund Processing

  • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within (7) seven working days.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment/refund confirmation

Any communications pertaining to the refund shall be communicated through the in-app notification system as well as via SMS to ensure proper documentation and confirmation.

Deductions and Fees

  • Depending on the payment method and processing fees associated with the transaction, a small processing fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • In certain cases, if the transaction involved third-party payment processors, their fees may be non-refundable.
