All services provided by our company are on a prepaid basis. Users are required to make the full payment to generate a ticket for inspection and the generation of a full report.
User service requests shall be completed within 48 hours of the generation of the ticket.

Refunds or cancellations may be subject to specific terms and conditions based on the nature of the product/service and the agreed-upon agreement. Please refer to the relevant terms.

We prioritize the security of your financial information and adhere to industry best practices to safeguard your data. Your payment details are processed securely, and we do not store or disseminate any sensitive payment information on our servers, including encrypted keys through SHA 256 hashing.
We strictly adhere to the security standards set by Airpay to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of user login information.
Upon successful payment, we will send an SMS notification to confirm the payment and serve as an invoice for the transaction.

The charges levied by the payment gateway (Airpay) for payment processing may apply. Please refer to the payment gateway's policies for detailed information on any applicable charges.
In the case where the customer mistakenly submits the inspection services for the wrong vehicle and wishes to inspect a different vehicle, he shall not be eligible for the cancellation and refund. In such cases, if he did the inspection of the correct vehicle, within 1 hour, we can initiate the refund by cancelling another lead where he wrongly paid.
You may request a service cancellation within 15 minutes from the date of the original payment/generation of the lead. After the stipulated period, we may not be able to process a cancellation.
*However, once Inspection is done the lead cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations should be communicated through the in-app notification system as well as via SMS to ensure proper documentation and confirmation.
The user shall be eligible for a refund if his case falls under the situations mentioned herein above (refer to points 1 and 2 of the Cancellation Policy).
